ResortQuest at Isle of Palms and Wild Dunes is bordered by the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. The resort area is a classic family-oriented beachfront community with broad beaches. Each villa or cottage is privately owned and decor and views will vary but all feature a warm coastal ambiance. All feature living and dining areas and fully equipped kitchens for *at home* comfort. Villas may be located inside the gates of Wild Dunes or beach front on the Isle of Palms. Guests at the Isle of Palms and Wild Dunes have easy access to golf- tennis- ocean swimming- fishing and boating- tennis courts- volleyball- and picnic areas. Each villa complex has its own private swimming pool. The area boasts spectacular scenery- lively shops- a variety of restaurants and full service marina- all within a few minutes drive of beautiful historic Charleston. Our front desk is located at 1517 Palm Blvd in the Island Center shopping center and is open from 8:30AM- 6PM daily for check-in and help with arrangements for activities during guests stay. Stay at ResortQuest at Isle of Palms and Wild Dunes and make lifelong memories. Other Information - Additional Facility and Reservation fees may vary at time of deposit. Cancellation fees may apply for any cancellations. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during spring break vacation period. Chaperoned groups and sports team groups are prohibited. Please contact the property directly for further information.
All rsvns require a deposit of 25 pct of the total stay incl tax plus 5 pct rsvn fee and 50.00 USD damage waiver fee. Credit card charged at time of booking. Balance of full required at least 30 days prior to arrival or will be charged to guests card.
Cancellation Policy:
CXL more than 30 days prior to arrival are subject to 50.00USD processing fee. -CXL less than 30 days prior to arrival will be charged 100 pct of their stay as well as 10.5 pct tax, 5 pct rsvn fee and 50.00usd damage waiver fee. Exceptions may apply.
