All guests must check-in at 115 Freshfields Drive Johns Island SC 29455-5467. ResortQuest at Seabrook Island condominiums are located in a separate location from the check-in location. From the check-in location guests will receive their keys as well as driving directions to ResortQuest at Seabrook Island.ResortQuest Seabrook Island is in a private 2200 acre gated club and resort community just 30 minutes drive south of Historic Charleston. Seabrook offers miles of pristine beaches on South Carolinas beautiful Atlantic Coast as well as acres of woodlands and marshes uninterrupted by hotel or high-rise condominium developments.Each villa or cottage is privately owned and is designed to complement the islands natural beauty. All feature fully equipped kitchens for at home comfort. Guests can relax on their screen porches or decks overlooking the rolling dunes or quiet woodlands and golf courses.Guests have access to a variety of resort amenities including miles of beautiful beach with gentle surf as well as a beach club with swimming pool - golfing - tennis - bike riding - fitness trail - basketball court - boating - horseback riding and childrens activity programs. A full service marina is nearby complete with shops and restaurants.Resort amenities and services are charged on a cashless system. Guests will obtain a Club Access Card at check-in available only from the Seabrook Island Club. This Card costs 25USD per day or 150USD per week plus a 20USD deposit. All guest activities on the Island including tennis golf dining pools etc. will be charged using the Club Access Card. Until further notice ResortQuest Seabrook Island will rebate guests 25USD per day up to 150USD for the cost of this card. All rsvns require a deposit of 25 pct of the total stay incl tax plus 5 pct rsvn fee and 50.00 USD damage waiver fee. Credit card charged at time of booking. Balance of full required at least 30 days prior to arrival or will be charged to guests card.
Cancellation Policy:
CXL More than 30 days prior to arrival are subject to a 50.00USD processing fee. CXL Less than 30 days prior to arrival will be charged 100 pct of their stay as well as 10.5 pct tax- 5 pct rsvn fee and 50.00usd damage waiver fee. Exceptions may apply.
