Just 21 miles south of historic Charleston - the private gated beachfront Resort community of Kiawah Island is a secluded retreat for nature lovers - sports enthusiasts - and families. ResortQuest offers Villa Condominiums in low-rise/low density residential areas within the Resort. Each Villa is privately owned and the decor will vary from unit to unit but all feature spacious at home style living with full equipped kitchens and clothes washer/dryers. Guests have access to a variety of Resort amenities including 10 miles of beautiful beach with gentle surf as well as golfing - tennis - bike riding - fitness trail - basketball court - boating - and children*s activity programs. The wonderful Freshfields Village at the entry to the Kiawah Island Resort offers great dining - shopping - as well as activities coordinators who can arrange for bike and kayak rentals - and beach gear. A grocery store is also available to stock Villa kitchens. All guests must check-in at our 24-hour, 7-day per week ResortQuest Reception Center in Freshfields Village at 115 Freshfields Drive - At that time guests will receive keys to their rental property with a map of the island and directions to their accommodations - Check in time is after 4pm. Stay at ResortQuest at Kiawah Island and make lifelong memories. Other information - Additional facilities and reservation fees may vary at time of deposit. Cancellation fees may apply for any cancellations. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during spring break vacation period. Chaperoned groups and sports team groups are prohibited. Please contact the property directly for further information.
All rsvns require a deposit of 25 pct of the total stay incl tax plus 5 pct rsvn fee and 50.00 USD damage waiver fee. Credit card charged at time of booking. Balance of full required at least 30 days prior to arrival or will be charged to guests card.
Cancellation Policy:
** More than 30 days prior to arrival**- subject to 50.00USD processing fee. ** Less than 30 days prior to arrival***- will be charged for the full cost- 100 pct + 11.5 pct tax, 5 pct rsvn fee and 50.00USD damage waiver fee. Consider trip cxl insurance.
